Nice shot. I love the bloom specific focus and the nice clear detail in the flowering plant. As Jim mentioned the bokeh is beautiful.

I see this plant all the time but have never really tried to capture it.

I've been using the newer Nikon 70-300. I really like the bokeh and the auto-focus is a dream compared to the older version.

Alan-Thanks for your comment! The camas lily is in bloom right now in the Sierra and it is wonderful to shoot in the right light.
