Christmas Card From Yosemite

Hi everybody, now it's Northern California's turn to get soaked, the Eastern Sierra & Tahoe just got tons of snow, which will be good for the coming Spring.

I made a quick dash to Yosemite Valley to get this shot.

Thanks Ben, NorCal got a nice break from prolonged drought, the rain has been on & off for more than a week.

Jim, It was a lucky 3-day cold air in the Valley, the snow didn't melt that much.

That's great for you. I would say 90% of the time it will snow real nice and heavy during the night, but by 10am or 11am it's melted off the trees already and then I don't care for the look.
