Decisions, Decisions

I used to be active in the Portland BMW Club and at one point we were invited as a group to visit a Portland area garage of a very serious car collector. The owner actually drives all of these cars on both the streets and on the track. I have been out on the track more than a couple of times when he brought out some of his toys to play. It's pretty amazing to hit 120 on the front straight at Portland Int. Raceway and have an F-40 Ferrari blow past you like you are standing still. The shriek of that engine is incredible when it goes past you.

The main garage:

A corner full of Ferrari's including an Enzo and a F-40:

A black Ferrari was so shiny I couldn't resist a shot showing the reflection of one Ferrari off of another one.

A secondary garage had a smaller set including an AC Cobra replica, a Ford GT, and a Carrera GT Porsche (my favorite of the collection).

I asked the owner how he decides which car to drive on any given day. He pretty much just throws open the garage door and grabs whichever one fits his mood for the moment.

Tough decisions...

Hey Alan,

#2 and 4 are my favorites here, that reflection shot is cool. I would like #1 the best, if you could simply crop off the left a bit to get rid of that persons leg and partial body. I think that person walking out of the frame takes the eye visually out of the frame too. Without that half body and leg, then the focus of the image becomes that young man further down who is clearly looking at the cars and making a decision as to which he likes best. Which then ties into your title. :)

No way I would try to pick a favorite in that collection although I was really smitten by the Porsche Carrera in the other garage. I really didn't think about the people in the frame (or partially) since there were so many of us wandering about randomly drooling but I did crop out the partial:

The big cluster in the back are folks gathered around an Enzo that got moved out of the lineup for a better view.
