The local weather forecast was, 'an atmospheric river with heavy rain up to one meter is approaching I am still waiting, all we have had is an overcast sky with moderate wind and drizzle, not sure if it is a disappointment or not. That one meter is a gross overstatement,the monsoons don't get that.
