An intriguing image...Why is that duck on the ice? Did it confuse it for water? Does it think it can swim on it? Is he looking at me?

All of those questions make this an image to ponder.

Hey Pete,

That is an interesting photo of a Duck. I do think it needs some shadow recovery though as there are some pretty deep shadows on the duck.

Male mallard, setting on ice, they do this a lot for some reason. I agree on boosting the shadows a bit.
