Fall Color on a Gray Day

Took a little drive-about today. Stopped at the overlook along Hwy 31 near Romance, AR.
Was even a little drizzly in spots but the colors still shined fairly nicely.

Nice - you still have a fair amount of color left down there. I always prefer overcast/drizzly days for shooting under the forest canopy and especially when it comes to fall colors.

Totally agree, Alan. I think I learned that up there on the OlyPen!
I think we're fairly near peak down here, prolly won't last much longer.
