Thanks Kyle! I was on a bit of a Road shot kick that trip. This is just a 1/4 mile down from the parking area for Oxbow Bend and then a little climb up the hill to get a little elevation.

Looks like not all of the aspen have changed yet in this scene Jim. The reds and oranges are certainly notable.

Thanks Alan! Yeah, like at Maroon Bells, the aspens there have a distinct pattern as to which trees and groves turn color first and which ones turn color later. So that makes for a nice week or so buffer at peak color, you just have to be a bit flexible to go to where the color is.
