Nice composition, I like the leaves in the water.
One rule of thumb I have when shooting reflections, I look at what's being reflected, and I want the same amount of detail in the non reflected portion. So your cliff walls look awesome in the reflection, but looking at them behind the trees in the background they are all washed out and over exposed. Myself I would correct that.
Now in this case, you do have a bit of a tough exposure going on, because the trees are not being lit by the sun, so they are much darker then the background cliffs. Normally you can just do an easy blend, 1 for the reflection, and 1 for everything else in the scene. In this case luminosity masking will save the day, that is if you did bracket and have an exposure where you did expose for those background cliffs not being blown out.
