Interesting to compare the bokeh in the lenses. I kind of prefer what I see behind the subject with the Zeiss over the Sony images. I am not sure how the focus stack might impact bokeh with the image shot with the Voigtlander.
Interesting work here Stephen. And the bokeh between the various lenses is interesting too. My favorite of these is #1.It looks like you had a fun time with these.

Thanks for the kind words. As for lenses, yes indeed they have different looks. I confess that on this occasion, I was more casual with the Sony STF due to its autofocus and stabilization, so I was using it handheld and less careful with the composition. The CV 65 and the Zeiss Loxia were both on tripod and I was more deliberate. I do better when working deliberately I think. The difference in bokeh is what makes things interesting. The problem with the Loxia is that it only works on flowers that are pretty large as its magnification is only 1:7.2 This can be improved by extension tubes or a close up lens, but it makes it less than ideal for flowers though I like the look. The CV 65 is a 1:2 macro lens so it is more useful. Its bokeh is less good at portrait distances, but it improves as magnification increases. The STF has gaussian bokeh that works really well for some images and is boring for others. It is a 1:4 magnification lens that works really well with the Canon 500D close up lens when needed. It works well as a portrait lens too tho most of the time I prefer the GM 85/1.4 (but not always). Nice tool to have in the drawer. Here is another STF image:
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
