Pronounced "Flamburu" with the emphasis on the "a" isn't English strange? Another Yorkshire location Flamborough cliffs are chalk and 400ft high. Lots of photographers taking sea birds and although I tried my 70-200 just didn't get me close enough most had 500mm with 1.4 tele- converter or Fuji 100-400 with tele-coverter. This is a small(ish) chalk sea stack just off the main cliffs and had to descend the 400ft cliffs to get this, I don't really think it was worth it photographically but it was still a good day out and "good" exercise.
