Thank you Ben, Jim, Alan, Tim, Leslie and Martin. Like Alan, I'm kind of divided between this one and the previous.

Although it isn't overall as good a shot, I have a wider picture that shows the whole rock. The rock features and shape make it look like a lizard head, with a beard! I may develop that one and post it just for fun!

The elements are pretty much the same as the other, but for me this comp is superior in that the image is closed. Meaning the image has a set focal point with the icicles, whereas the other (great) image, I felt i could just float down stream, out of the picture. My .02

Very interesting and though-provoking comment. That will give me something to think about. A number of other people have expressed that they prefer this one, and this may help explain why. Thanks!
