The beautiful and mysterious Gabriela Mistral nebula NGC 3324 is an open cluster in the southern constellation of Carina. Probably insignificant when viewing Carina as a whole but glorious in an up-close uncropped field of view. This image consists of 30 x 120s each of Ha, Oii, and Sii subs mapped to the SHO (Hubble) palette with a few blending tweaks. Stacked and processed using PixInsight with final tweaks in Photoshop CC.

Wow Carlos, super cool. It has a bit of a feel of the Bubble Nebula with that round blue area in it. This is certainly worth being isolated like this.

Really do like the modified SHO that gets that orange - blue mix. Some very nice intricate detail here too.
