Ghosts of Easter Pasque

After filing for unemployment due to the pandemic, I was feeling kind of blue, so went out to shoot the pasque flowers that I had seen blooming the previous day. Doing an arty processing like this is completely new to me, so c&c very definitely welcome.

I am not into arty photos, but I like what I see here. That second one is elegant.

Interesting presentation of these flowers. I find the second image a bit more compelling since its a little easier to make out the full shape of the bloom and the background is light like the vignette.

I would say you struck gold here Monika! You may not be much into these kind of shots, but you did a great job here, #2 is my favorite.

First of all I love the title, Monika. Very clever. I would clone out that brown spot on the edge of the petal in the first one and a bit more depth of field on the bottom of the second one to show the stem. Otherwise flower looks like it is floating in space. I really like the ethereal nature of both of these.
