Harem Cacti

[Kurt Harrigan]

Inspired by Timmeh's recent post I decided try a similar composition with this group of harem cacti. This was just before sunrise as there was going to be no clouds and a slight north breeze precluded me

from photographing some recently opened flowers.

Very nice Kurt! I really like how you composed this, and the timing with the still soft light is perfect.

The best part about shooting cacti is not needing to worry about the wind blowing the leaves around

Nice composition with the peaks as a backdrop.

[Ben Egbert]

Great composition and some of my favorite mountains.
