Kebler Aspen & Ferns in Fall

Wow, very cool Monika. It's been a while since I have shot Kebler Pass, I think I need to add it into the rotation for this fall.

A suggestion. I would either crop out that tree right on the right edge or I would tone down the brightness on it. It's the brightest thing in the foreground, so the eye is going straight to it, well at least my eye. :) I think that single trunk in the middle is strong enough to carry the image.

Thanks, Jim. I could burn that right tree a bit, but I think cropping it out takes out too much of the fern.
If you go to Kebler, also check out Horse Park as there were really wonderful, red trees there last year.

Wow. I got to Crested Butte a few years back and got altitude sickness and had to leave. Never made it to the pass. Thanks for sharing this wonderful image!
