Lake District

'The 'lakes' as they are usually known, is a mountainous region in the the north west of England, which is incredibly beautiful. Here is a beck from Aira falls and a view from Derwent Water. Both of these images made today on a lovely warm autumnal day.
Both of these images are stitched panos in PTGui

Lovely images Jane. I really like the serene looks you have captured here. I am wondering what back means in this context?

Very nice pair of images Jane with interesting light in both. The fence in the second image really does a nice job of drawing me into the scene and then off to the distant horizon. The reflections seem to reinforce that distant focus too.

What does the attached file image depict? Nice pastoral scene with mountains as a backdrop and some interesting skies.

Oh I forgot about that third image, it’s an iPhone pano from Catbells which is situated on the edge of Derwent Water looking into the Newlands.

Hey Jane,

What a very nice set from the Lake District. There is a mystique (at least for me) to the Lake District, not sure why, but when it's mentioned my ears always perk up!

#2 may be my favorite, I really like those clouds. It's a very peaceful shot.
