Thanks Jim you just helped me realize my spelling error. It’s Cape Porpoise, but the error is not bad !Very cool. I love the name of that. And good use of a limited DOF Fred.
Thanks Alan. Actually this house is closed each night. Joe Kayne and I got to stay over because my long time best friend was a member of the Kennebunkport Conservation Committee who is responsible for the maintenance of both the house and the light house exterior.Nice views from there I imagine. We have quite a few of these along the west coast that are often available for rent to vacationers. Is that true for this one?
Even more quaint looking is a rebuilt restored wood passage way added to replicate one in the past that now runs between the house and the lighthouse and cost one million to construct.Quaint looking house.
I love the reflection in the windows, Fred.Another image from Goat Island Light View attachment 38989off the coast of Cape Purpose, Maine
