This data set is from the first time capturing M45 with tracking and guiding. I posted it in November of 2022 on a FB group. Here I reprocessed it trying to bring out more nebulosity and surrounding dust using Bill Blanshan's color mask pixel math scripts.

Nikon D5500, Redcat51, SWSA tracker, Asiair plus, guided, Optolong L-pro filter, Bortle 5+.
ISO400, 90x180" subs, calibration frames; darks, flats, bias.
Stacked and processed in Pixinsight.

You definitely brought out a lot of detail John! I like the look of this a lot. I have been using some of Bill Blanshan's scripts too.

Thank You! There‘s so much to learn and I continue to find that processing significantly impacts an image. What Bill does is beyond me and very grateful for his effort and contribution to this field.
