Sweet sunset - looks like you weren't late for this scene. I like the texture of the clouds for this color show.

When I'm on a photo tour, it takes a while to shed the need to get somewhere or have a schedule, usually a few days. Once that happens, things start falling into place and opportunities start presenting themselves. I like it when the extent of the decision is whether to turn left or right

Very nice, Zeph. I spent a couple of weeks in the fall in the late 1990's up there and it was spectacular. The Canadian Rockies are unmatched by anything in the US. I am sure you enjoyed your trip.

Douglas - Glad this brought back memories. I'm fortunate to have had parents that loved the outdoors and took me to many iconic places throughout North America, Alberta and BC being a favorite.
