Lake McDonald is known for its view of the mountains and colorful rocks, but I like this view looking along the shoreline as well, and have been shooting it in the different seasons. Here is the winter view I captured yesterday along with one from fall (that I've shared before) for reference.

Any thoughts are welcome.

One person was there with me yesterday. I've seen what it looks like shooting there in the summer. Let's just say it is more than one...

That is very nice, Kyle. I used to teach summer field geology courses there. It is so beautiful and I loved to show the students all of the rocks we had seen in the mountains around the lake to see if they could identify them. I hope that at one time or another you stopped in at Eddies restaurant and had one of their fabulous huckleberry milk shakes. They are gourmet.

Love the season contrast, beautiful scenery, i would consider cropping the sky from the center to the right something around 16x9.
