McGee Creek Fall Colors - Part 2

Here is another one from McGee creek that I liked. Realistically there is only a 50 to 100 foot length that to me will give pleasing compositions. Outside of that either the Aspens run out, or the creek is simply covered with too much debris to make a shot.

I like the way the the yellows seem to get more intense as you look upstream. I like the scattered leaves around the banks and on the rocks.

Another memory maker. My last camping trip with my mom and dad was at McGee creek. It was fall, probably the only time in those days when I was there in fall. Beautiful colors and we had a bunch of turkeys roosting in the trees above us.

Another good one, Jim. I like the way the water curves around and the scattering of leaves from the Aspens and, as Alan said, the intensity of colour in the background.
