Mesquite Dawn

This is really awesome Kyle! What great color you captured. That's a very cool dune ridge line. Myself, I have always tried to hide the mountains as much as possible, for some reason I want pure dunes, like you can get our at White Sands pretty easily. But... I think I need to embrace those mountains in my own shots like you did here.

What a great morning, Kyle, you did it justice. The left tiny dune does not bother me but could be cloned to continue the sand ridge line.

Cropping to any preconceived numeric format is ridiculous. An image tells you where the crop should be, if you know the language they use. It doesn't matter what the 'ratio' is.

Did you add Magenta? Parts of this look to purple to me. Maybe a bit less would open up the hues.
I never added magenta, but some started showing up as I adjusted the contrast. It has bothered me a little, particularly on the mountains, and I was wondering if it bothered anyone else. I'll play with taking some out.
