Monsoons over Tatahotso Point

This is actually my favorite from the trip with Doug and Tom because it captures the entire turn in the canyon. The storm in the distance hit us just about 10 minutes after this image was captured. We experienced torrential rain and high wind the shook my SUV something awful.

A nasty storm doesn't begin to describe this storm. The wind was blowing so hard you could see Bob's pants flapping at a high rate of speed and he was standing at the edge of the cliff. I was fearful he might be blown into the canyon. I stayed in the car. Very nice, Bob.

Super great panoramic view....but I will say you were tooooooo close to the edge under these conditions....and you had the car keys!!!

Ok Doug that is why you stayed in the car. I was also a bit nervous about standing that close to the edge. But I am use to living on the edge.
