Morning Surprise

I just rediscovered this image from 2011. Seems we haven't had snow like this for a while. I remember when I shot this, I heard a car pull up and a bunch of people speaking Russian were getting out and heading my way to trample and ruin the snow... And they did within 10 minutes.. Darn Ruskies!!! time is of the essence in photography! Not really that the Russians had anything to do with it, but ANYONE can ruin a great photo opportunity it you are not aware...

Nice you got some shots in before the footprints arrived. I normally don't like clear skies but it's perfect for this scene.
