Mossbrae and River

Here is another view of Mossbrae Falls in Northern California. I've always liked this angle, but never had a photo that quite did it justice (either due to my lack of experience or in one case a poorly placed tree in the water). I was pretty happy with how the scene looked this time. Any thoughts are welcome.

Neat you had overcast conditions for this shot - much nicer saturation of the greens in the scene with a very pleasing shutter speed for the water flows.

Thanks Alan. I used my usual trick to guarantee even lighting: arriving onsite just after sunrise!

Nice! I've always wanted to visit here...does it get crowded? hmm..8.5 hr drive...i think a weekend trip
I actually have no idea if it gets crowded. Two factors: (1) The only way to get there at this time is walking passed the "no trespassing" signs and hiking along the railroad tracks. I know plenty of people do it, but I don't no how crowded it gets because... (2) The last two times I've been there I started my hike before sunrise. That definitely cuts out the riff raff. One other couple arrived about half an hour after I did on this trip. They were the only people I saw.
