This wonderful formation looks different every time you look at it. I thought the light on this morning was pleasing.

Thanks Alan. I agree, the green is NOT typical to Las Vegas. That is one of the reasons I like the image.

Thanks Jim. I probably shot this before work one morning. I am sure that if I waited long enough the peak would have lighted up but that pesky work got in the way again!

I have a similar shot from there, I often wonder what the valley looked like with a mature Joshua tree forest. Does anyone know what year the fire burned through there? Seems like it might have been in the '70's or 80's?
