How about factory butte?

the butte needs a dramatic sky or dramatic light or flowers. I had been there several times before I saw flowers and that was in a photograph.

By happenstance Jim and I saw some during a trip to skyline. This has to be on a Utah boys list

Hey Ben,

That was a fun trip we had. I can still recall you being down so low to the ground. Getting low to the ground is usually something I don't do, but with seeing your images from that morning I probably need to start doing it more.

I actually think you have several keepers from that morning. This is certainly a great choice, but I thought you also had one where you had more of a single flower in front?

When I was there with Alisa a few weeks back, I was hoping for some flowers, but there was none. That trip we had was the most amount of flowers I have ever seen and captured there.

I think I am placing this in my Top 5 of your images.

Simply my favorite image I have seen of this iconic location. Ever. In fact, everytime I am passing through this place I have this in my mind. So much wonderful detail with the mesmerizing ethereal soft lighting, I am not sure this one would by 9th for me. This 'feels' like a 5DsR image to me, is it? Loved that camera for sure...

Totally freakin' killer shot.

Excellent mage, Ben. I have never been here when there are flowers. This should have been a good year for flowers, but I didn't get there again. There was so much going on I had to pick and choose. What time of the year was this?

I see what you are saying about needed skies or flowers to create a full scene around the butte. The flowers here are great and I'd argue the skies are good enough to really make it with this shot. Nicely done.

Lovely image and clearly one of your best for all the reasons already mentioned. I haven’t Ameen this place with wildflowers so great that we can see this through your lens.

Really great timing to catch the wildflowers, Ben! I've never been there when there have been more than a few scattered blooms.
