This is certainly a beautiful image Ben. It's no wonder your wife likes it. Those flowers are so awesome. But I wouldn't call it your best. I have seen at least a dozen of your images I would place in front of this one.

Very nice image Ben. I can see why your wife ranks it ahead of other images - must be the flowers. I would agree with Jim that there are many other images you posted which I would rate ahead of this one.

it's always always funny seeing other people's favorite choices of your own pictures, especially when it doesn't match up to your own choices. but your wife picked well, this is beautiful.

It is a lovely scene - but I agree that the first two photos you shared had a bigger impact from my perspective. My favorite so far remains the Teton image.

I like this one very much. I also rate the others ones slightly more.
But..., Happy wife, happy life 🤔
My wife chose an Eastern Sierra shot, that for me was just using the last sheet in the holder...
She has it most prominent in the living room. That makes it something special that she picked.

Good story that does make it special

It's very nicely composed, Ben. Just a reminder of the difference between what photographers prefer over what the rest of the world likes...........

Ben,

This proves my point in your image #2. It is always a revelation to find out what other think about your images. Not right or wrong but certainly always different.

I like this one, it has wonderful detail and the transitions from the foreground flowers, to the midground woods, to the far off mountains really entertains the eye.
