Natural Bridges - Pano Added

While traveling up into Central California recently, we decided to zip over to see Natural Bridges State Beach. Drove about 2 hours for about 20 mins of shooting getting there just as the sun was setting, but I think it was worth it. After the clouds dissipated after sunset, I came back around and did some longer exposures catching a bit of the reflection.

This one is a bit wider then I might normally have gone for, and I have tested a crop where I lose the cliff on the left, but in this case I liked how that cliff kind of put things into perspective.

All comments are welcome,

Jim

Note: Pano added. One thing I don't care for with the pano is I kind of liked the stars that were starting to show and you can see in the original. But in the Pano, one thing I lose is quite a bit of those stars.

This is very nice Jim, I like the band of venus you have here and I agree leave in the rock. This might be a good pano crop, not much maybe just so that water ripple intersects the right corner.

I like the serene look to the scene with the smoothed out waters and pastels in the sky. The reflection is a bonus.

Really lovely light and color, Jim!
I agree to keep the bluff on the left, and I like Ben's suggestion to crop the bottom 'til that first little wavelet is close to the bottom right corner.

Thanks you two! Good idea on the Pano. I left as much on the bottom as I did because I did like how the strings of foam flowed into the scene, but I could crop the lower ones and I am still left with a few that work.
