NGC 6781

Here’s planetary nebula NGC 6781 in Aquila. It seems to be over looked by most folks and I’d like to see more pics of it !This is only one hour each of Ha and O3. The weather has been pretty rough for the last two months here.
It’s nice and bright but really small so your seeing a heavy crop.

Wow!!! Love it!!!

Since I have upgraded to a real Astro Mount and camera, planetary Nebula in general are something I want to finally be able to capture. So thanks for the inspiration with this image. Starting next week I am willing to drive anywhere within 10 hours to get conditions good enough to set up my Deep Space Astro gear.

Nice shot, I really like planetary nebula shots. I nevr thought to image that one. I might give it a try sometimes.

Excellent, you have me running off to go find out more about this. It must be very bright as you have some excellent color and fine details with only a small amount of data - thanks for sharing!
