Notre Dame

Magnificent piece of architecture - especially for its day. I like the evening shot of the exterior in the first shot. It gives a nice perspective on how the flying buttresses reinforced the primary support columns for the high ceiling.

Sad sight to see that old masterpiece engulfed after surviving for so many millennia. I only got to visit the place in other people's images of the edifice so I can't pile on anything of my own.

I wish that I had some to share, but I have never gotten to Paris.

You have some very nice captures of it.

With the recent tragedy in Paris, here are some of my shots of the Notre Dame cathedral from 2016. Feel free to add some of yours...

These are my shots of the Cathedral and from above of the structure. The from the top of the Cathedral is simply amazing to say the least .The skyline of Paris will forever change as one of the iconic structure caught fire!
