I was surprised there was no wind from the train moving the flowers.
The flowers are below it and the train is moving right to left, so as the train would actually pass by it there would be movement in the flowers, but not before.
Here are the 3 images I got SOOC. I never moved my aim, simply the train was passing in front of me. You can see where I borrowed a slight bit from #2 as I extended the canvas to the right on #1 and then later cropped some of the left off of it. In #3, you can see when the train is actually going past the flowers there is movement in the flowers. But in both #1 and 2 you don't see flower movement because the train is just coming to them.
If you look close on the right side you can see where a couple of sets of flowers got duplicated, though I cloned a few flowers out so that it wasn't too obvious. But as you can see from all 3 frames, the movement of the train is because I had a stationary aim, and was shooting at a slow shutter speed as mentioned (1/20th) while the train did move in front of me.
