While in Bakersfield back in October, I went downtown one morning thick with tule fog.
Taken about 45 minutes before dawn, the old Padre Hotel in a four-second exposure to get the car's lights receding from my pov. Sharp eyes will notice the old Fox Theater in the foggy bg.
