Panther Creek Tree

I'll admit to being inspired by someone else's photo to look for this composition - but it was still fun to shoot. This is Panther Creek falls in Southern Washington framed within a fallen tree.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Panther Creek Falls is a pretty neat place in late summer and fall because the water flows are more photogenic than spring when the torrents overwhelm the setting. Your shot depicts the late summer flows well and almost makes it look more like a series of falls. I like this view because it splits off the little flow on the right to almost make a secondary scene. That isn't as apparent from up above.

Very nice framing Kyle! I haven't seen it framed like this before. I like it as it's a bit different with that framing.
