Peregrine return

Every day for the last 2 weeks I have walked about 20 minutes to look for the return of the Peregrine Falcons on a local high rise building. They have been coming for many years. Yesterday was the first time I have seen one of them this year. I was able to lean against a light post and use the pro-capture feature on the OM-1 to capture images as the bird moves. I sensed she was getting restless so was ready when she took off the ledge. I was able to capture images that enabled me to see the leg band. It was clearly M59 which is the same female that was there last year.
All of these images were enhanced with Topaz Sharpen AI. All in all a wonderful feeling to witness this incredible bird continue to come back to nest.

Wow - that's fantastic you were able to get captures that allowed you to enhance the numbers on the leg band. #3 with the full frame of the takeoff is a great portrait of her.

Wow Trent! That's amazing cropping ability with that camera! And great timing on sensing when the bird was about to take off. I typically sense the bird is taking off once it's in the air.
