Thanks Ben.Beautiful
Thanks Mike. We are starting out with clear skies today for once. Hope it continues into the night!Nice, this is another fun target and one of the few that can be seen with the naked eye. Of course the nebulosity that one can bring out with a digital camera certainly exceeds what can be seen with the naked eye. It can be a challenge with objects like this to not blow out the stars. You have some good star colors in the smaller stars that make this very pleasing to look at.

Thanks Alan!Neat hue for the nebulae. I like the processing.
Thanks Jim. Yeah, I saw it up there and was like, "Why not photograph it." Seemed easy enough and it was high in the sky. A couple of times, I did a "Deep Sky Tour" with my Go-To mount. I'll pick something out from that tour and put some frames into it.Hey Yervant!
It's funny, when I first started doing Deep Space Astro a year ago, Pleiades is one that did not appeal to me. Somehow it didn't seem colorful enough or interesting enough. But last summer for some reason all of a sudden I liked it! Not sure why, but for some reason it grew on me and I really started to think it was cool. Maybe I just had to mature a bit?
So great job on one that is now one of my more favorite objects in the sky.
