This is a foggy/misty sunrise? The colors look wrong to be a moonrise but definitely some unusual atmospherics for a sunrise too.

Nice comp - the reflection line and the lighthouse work well together here.

Yes Alan it is a sunrise. You sense what I did about the color. I think it is a combo of competing atmospheric conditions...maybe dust, moisture and light color temp?

Very interesting picture, Tom, with the man-made lighthouse, made redundant for a few hours by nature's beacon. I really like the way the light/colour track across the sea passes alongside the silhouette of the lighthouse and the spit it is on.
