This was my first trip to Mesa Arch, and since the light was not desirable. I decided to take my FS D300 and see if I could create a unique take on the arch.

Its mostly directly from the camera, with just a bit of post processing. I liked that it had the Red Planet/Other Worldly look to it and I just went with it.

Good one Sonny, glad you were able to get something there in what is not normally considered the prime time of day. The underside glow, is syill visible here, in this case probably from heat.

Now this is a very creative take Sonny, it takes on a very graphic look, like something one might see in a space comic book.
