Caught this beauty flying over my backyard a couple days ago! Always enjoy watching them. This is a very huge crop!View attachment 4923

Very nice capture Darcy!

Looks a tiny bit soft. Looks like you caught the hawk at 1/320 . If your open to a suggestion, I'd probably try and shoot at around 1/1250 to 1/3200 for moving wildlife. Up the ISO from 100 , or just use auto-ISO. Just my opinion though.

This is certainly a great shot! You do have an amazing backyard! I hope that by the time I am ever able to stop by your backyard that you are not charging $ for admission.

Yep riding one from my from to back then across the neighborhood! I had just walked in from work & spotted him, you never saw anyone run into the house so fast to get the camera LOL
