Riverside Blooms

Some nice flowers along the Spokane River near Riverside Park from this morning. I believe these are Arrowleaf Balsamroot. There are a lot of these in bloom around the Spokane area right now.

I was in the Bowl and Pitcher campground last night. Is there a feature with that name within the park?

Yes there is some nice waterfalls there. I am sorry I did not mention this to you. There is an old hanging footbridge you can cross and hike on the west side a long way.

This is nice, Alan. If you shade your close-ups you will more detail like the fine hairs on the stems of these plants.
