Roadside Rhodies

A quick shot of a rather healthy looking rhododendron along one of the streets in my neighborhood. I was struck by the fact that you could only barely even see the leaves of this plant because of all the blooms.

I actually had to blink a few times to try and wrap my head around this as I was expecting pink blossoms. Very nice.
