Very cool Jameel. I wonder if perhaps darkening the pedal in the lower left corner would help a bit? Right now since there pedal is brighter then the rest and in the corner I feel it pulling the eye down there.

Really beautiful, Jameel.

I would like to see what a slightly modified crop would do. Something is bothering me about it. The petals on the left are nicely in focus, as well as the center, but since there is that OOF petal separating them which happens to be smack in the middle, it feels a little awkward. Where do you want the eye to go?

Also, the way the edge of that top-left petal exactly touches the edge of the frame...can you crop it so it's either in or out of the photo?

All good points Amy. As Jeff pointed out, more DoF is needed for sure. This was a hand held shot taken in a garden where tripods are frowned upon. I had to keep the shutter speed reasonable to avoid shake. Tried various crops and settled on this.
