Wow! Awesome work Marcy!

I think #3 is my favorite, I love how you got that woodpecker (?) flying in like that. Though #1 is pretty sweet too with all of the birds on it. I really like Saguaro cactus so these all appeal to me.

The first one is really a nice image for showing off the saguaro blooms along with the various species that depend on the cacti. That's a lot of blooms and buds attesting to how much water you got this winter. The last one is a fun composite as well and illustrates how much a saguaro trunk can swell up when they have abundant water. Neat shots.

These are all great in different ways. The angle on the first catches your eye, which is drawn up to the birds on top, but then on closer examination you get the treat of the lower bird. The processing in the second is almost hyper-real, like a painting so exact it looks like a photo. I've done some ski photos like the last one shooting a sequence and compositing them, but never saw it done with a bird like this.

Love the whole series, with 2 and 3 as favorites. I would consider cloning out he flies in 1.

Hey Marcy,

I'm loving the detail in #1 and #2, and makes me want to see them for myself (I still haven't gotten to them :(). I do like #3, but I'm having trouble with the subject. The bird flying competes with the flowers on the left, and it seems like the story is with the bird watching its friend land is a stronger one.
