This is from a trip in May 2014. My grandson and I were on our way to Chicken Corners when I spotted these shapes and stopped to capture it. Never a hard image to process, but I wanted to see how it looked with newer tools.

Neat sandstone shapes Ben.
My salvage job is from a sunrise near Brookings on a morning that had some pretty flat light that left me with a lot of blocky shadows. I teased out some details in the shadow areas and did what I could to liven up the morning light and color.

This looks like a true salvage job since you had to work at it. I like the shadows here just the right amount of recovery. Nice scene overall. I like the sky and reflection
One from Oregon coast circa 2015 shot with 5D III. Had to tame the shadows quite a bit here.

I am going to change an image today that I posted yesterday. The more I looked at it the drabber it seemed to be. I lightened up the foreground and the two Saguaro Cacti in the midground. I then increased the gamma setting to give it more contrast. Here is the before, which I posted yesterday.

Anothrr old images (2018) from Bamburgh Castle never previously processed so only salvaged from the forgotten pile. It is strange looking back at images that I thought were not worth processing and now think are. Ken
