While I was out doing time lapse at Utah Lake, I waited for the moon to appear over the mountains and set up for a video. But I did not like the way it was capturing it so I went to still settings and got the exposure and focus dialed in and took a few stills. Then I shot a long high speed burst, ending up with 91 images.
I processed these in ACR to get them into a format I could use in Registax. Then I stacked them and went through the steps from an on-line tutorial. I am not sure how well it worked, as usual nothing worked they way described. But I did end up with a saved image that I brought into Photoshop and further processed.
This is with the Canon R5 and the EF 100-400 f5.6 mk2 at 400mm., f5.6 ISO 100 1/100 sec.
cC welcome
