I've never seen them up this high -- about 10,500', but there were a number of them & they looked awfully happy to be there. This one was hidden in a shrub, so the wind wasn't batting it around nearly as much as its brethren. I kept waiting for the clouds to cover the sun a bit, but, of course, that meant that the wind would kick up. I ended up blocking the sun with my hat as it was too breezy to try to use anything bigger.
