Signs of Spring - with additions from this morning

Yesterday I could see lots of crocus flowers in our backyard but with buckets of rain coming down I couldn't get out to shoot them. This one is from last year at this same time with the same cluster I will try to get a shot of later today.

C&C always welcome.

Edit - a couple more from this morning's dose of sunshine.

Same cluster of crocus shown above but still partially closed this morning:

A view of some Helleborus blooms:

That's really cool with the rain drops in #2.
Thanks - when I saw those this morning I decided not to wait for the blooms to open before shooting them. Handheld w/100-400mm lens - walking around isn't easy in our backyard right now without sinking in or stepping in the puddles so I used the lens zoom to get in close.

Thanks - Spring 2 hours south of you is short lived before summer arrives. I refuse to travel down to the PHX area to visit relatives after the first week of April
2 hours south was a bit longer than it actually takes to reach the Sonoran Desert with a forest of Saguaro cacti. There are no saguaro Cactus where I live, I'll post a few pics in a day or two.
