Snow Leopard Cubs

Being able to photograph snow leopards is extremely difficult, being able to photograph snow leopard cubs is almost impossible. Thankfully, the SF Zoo has two beautiful cubs, so I headed that way and got a couple shots. Typically, I prefer animals in their natural habitat, but I haven't been able to travel lately, and being able to see these little guys was a great experience. Thanks Jim for inviting me to be part of this great group.

Cute "kitten" but that might not be the best descriptor once it grows up. The isolation of the subject in this scene keeps the focus on the snow leopard and not the environment. Nice way to introduce your work.

Thanks for posting this Alejandro! What a super cool shot. I think anytime a photo of an animal in a zoo can be presented so that the viewer can't tell it's a zoo is an indication of good work by both the zoo and the photographer.

Good work here, and hopefully you can share some photos in the coming days or weeks from that trip. This is first class photography!
