Soul Nebula

I had a couple of clear nights. This is the soul nebula taken with the Takahashi FSQ106 with a 0.73 reducer, ASI 1600mm camera. I took 20-360 sub for each filter. I used the 5nm Hydrogen Alpha, 5nm O3 and a 5nm S2 filter. This is taken from Bortle 8 skies.

Wow Chuck! Simply amazing! Love the colors and the separation. As I am getting serious about moving up from a DSLR to an Astro camera, I have really been studying closely the various filters and combinations, and I think my appreciation has grown even more. There are so many combinations and so many options out there now.

Jim, Yes, the astro cameras have many options but modified cameras are good also.
