I spent a wonderful 3 summer days at The Point of Arches a few years ago. The highlight was a hike south when we had the whole place to ourselves. The morning fog made for some great atmosphere and worked out for some fantastic rainbows through the trees as the sun streamed through. We had a bit of a challenge when we remembered that the high tide would cut us off on our return. We hustled back as fast as we could and had to jump over many pools that were filling fast. The only casualty was one wet foot for my wife, but I thought sure she would end up wading some spots.
This is where Debbie dunked her foot on the way back - pretty slippery rocks to be jumping across as the tide rises!
